Simply put, if you eat live fresh fruits and vegetables – you will be more alive, energetic and healthy.
The quality and type of food we eat is extremely important for our health and spiritual well-being.
Eating healthy is not just a trend, but is becoming more and more of a life saver for many people who changed their diet, in order to overcome a deadly illness.
When we are sick – the most natural reaction of your body is to go on a fasting mode, in order to facilitate the immune system. Something like a hunger strike! All animals do the same thing and there is a very good reason for it.
It is well known to science, that the human body consist approximately 500,000,000,000,000 (it’s 500 Trillion with a T) cells and 10 times more MICRO-ORGANISMS, which micro-organisms are feeding on the food intake you put in your body every day. Ones you cut off the supply some of the micro-organisms are starved to death. At that point, most of your life energy is redirected to the immune system in order to do it’s job, and as a result the vital energy “Prana” begins floating again in your body and the self-healing process begins.
The food is not just a nutritional source
The type of food you eat it’s not just a nutritional source, but it’s also a serious factor, that has a strong mental influence on your way of thinking and behaving. You have to consider every food as a certain type of drug that is influencing your brain, chemically and energetically. Meat eaters are generally more aggressive, thus they are meat-drugged. That’s because the cellular memory of the dead animal are containing all the information of the way this animal was farmed, tortured, butchered and so on. People who eat a lot’s of sugar are sugar-drugged, same thing goes for foods containing milk and starch. All of those cooked and processed foods are “dead foods”, meaning they don’t contain live energy “Prana”. In contrary fresh fruit and vegetables are full with life energy – Prana, that goes directly in your energy body system.
Recipe - Power Juice Mix for every day - 1800 ml
Here is an excellent recipe for healthy smoothie, that can give you power and vital elements throughout the day:
Power Juice Mix for every day – 1800 ml, good for two people
1300 ml – 40 oz – Freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons – Soaked (for 10 hours) almond nuts, regular or Brazilian, walnuts are also good
1/2 tablespoon of bee pollen
1 or 2 table spoons of natural bee honey
1/5 tea spoon of Vitamin C powder
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric – one of the best known anti-oxidants
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons of coconut oil or butter
3 tablespoons of Chia seeds soaked in 400 grams – 14 oz, or 1 and 3/4 cups of water, for minimum of 4 hours
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of Flax seeds soaked in 100 grams of water – 1/2 cup or 4 oz, for minimum of 8 hours
1 tablespoon of soaked (for 10 hours) quinoa seeds, without the water.
2 tablespoons dry Hemp Seeds
Step One: First you mix the flowing ingredients in a blender (liquefy) :
- 500 ml – Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons – Soaked (for 10 hours) almond nuts, regular or Brazilian, walnuts are also good
- 1 tablespoon of soaked (for 10 hours) quinoa seeds without the water.
- 1/2 tablespoon of bee pollen
- 1 or 2 table spoons of natural bee honey
- 1/5 tea spoon of Vitamin C powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or butter
Step Two: The flowing ingredients are prepared at least 10 hours in advance:
- Soak 3 tablespoons of Chia seeds in 400 grams of water, for minimum of 4 hours (do not grind or blend) just ad them to the mixture as they bubble up from the water.
- Soak 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of Flax seeds in 50 grams of water, for minimum of 8 hours (do not grind or blend) just ad them to the mixture as they bubble up from the water.
- Add 2 tablespoons dry Hemp Seeds, (do not grind or blend) just add them to the mixture, they are soft and tasty that way.
Step Three: Mix all in to a bottle or canister an shake it well, till consistent. Than is ready to drink.
You can drink it in small portions till meal time if you want.
In the first few days you might experience frequent urges to go to the bathroom. Don’t worry. Your body will adjust in a week or two. The cleansing process from toxins is causing this reaction.
You should experience an instant surge of energy coming mainly from the Chia seeds. If this is too much for you, you can lower the dosage to 1 tablespoon chia seeds per day.
